  • 3 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 3 cup baby spinach, chopped
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

How to make it
