  • 2 packet 2 packets of chocolate cookies (chocolate tea biscuits or similar)
  • 1 can 1 can of Dulce de Leche (La Lechera or others)
  • 1 item 1 small pot of light cream cheese (like Philadelphia)
  • 300 milliliter 300 ml milk
  • 1 item Chocolate chips or grated coconut (optional)

How to make it

    Heat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.

    Whisk together the prepared ingredients.

    Beat together pot of light cream cheese, and milk; stir in the dry mixture, then fold in of chocolate cookies, of dulce de leche, and chocolate chips or coconut.

    Scoop the dough onto the sheets and bake until the edges are set and lightly browned. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes.
