  • 1 item Half of 1 large beaten egg
  • 1 cup 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 1 1/2 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 item Pure maple syrup
  • 1 item Crème anglaise
  • 1 item Fruit coulis
  • 1 item Confectioners' sugar
  • 1 item Fresh fruit

How to make it

    Combine eggs, heavy cream, pure vanilla extract, freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, butter, heavy cream, egg yolks, half of 1 beaten egg, pure vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup and the yeast-containing ingredients, then work in sugar, cinnamon, sugar, and confectioners' sugar and loaf brioche, apricot brandy tea leaves, crème anglaise, fruit coulis, and fruit.

    Knead until smooth, cover, and let rise until doubled.

    Shape as indicated by the recipe title and let rise again while the oven heats to 375°F.

    Bake until deeply golden and the center is cooked through; cool before slicing.
