- 5 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
- 3 cup cooked polenta
- 1½ cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced onion

Heat the oven to 375°F. Combine the black bean, cabbage, polenta, vegetable broth, onion, olive oil, salt, and lime juice, cumin, aji amarillo paste in a baking dish.
