- 2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
- 2 cup chopped romaine

How to make it
