- 5 cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
- 4 each large bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 3 cup cooked polenta
